The Heindl Law Firm has been helping people receive compensation for injuries since 1984. From its inception, the firm has represented people injured by defective products, medical negligence, automobile accidents, toxic chemicals, construction accidents, and other causes.

The firm was established by undertaking and winning difficult cases. We succeed because we believe in the power of justice and that every person is entitled to full justice.

The firm has handled a broad spectrum of cases, from complex cases involving exposure to toxic chemicals, to straight forward cases involving automobile collisions. Phares Heindl is an experienced trial attorney. He has been involved in the trial of personal injury cases since 1982 and has been a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since 1991.

We handle a wide variety of injury-related matters. Our focus is upon cases that call for scientific or technical evidence such as products liability, toxic torts, sick building syndrome, toxic mold, prescription drugs, chemical injuries, workplace chemical exposure and serious car or truck crash cases.

 Phares holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering. Formerly, he worked for a major chemical company determining the cause of mechanical and chemical process failures. This background  assists him in preparing and presenting evidence in cases that call for scientific evidence or technical proof.

We are admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts in Florida. Although we are located in the Orlando area, we represent injured people  throughout  the state of Florida.

 We have served our community in various ways including, sponsoring Peoples' Law School at Seminole Community College, representing environmental groups on a  pro bono basis, serving as a director or officer of various organizations including The Christian Legal Society of Central Florida, Friends of Wekiva River Inc., and the Trial Lawyer's section of the Seminole County Bar Association.

In addition we participate in a number of legal and civic organizations including, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Christian Legal Society.  Finally and most importantly, we care about the welfare of our clients and provide personal attention to each of our clients.
