The Heindl Law Firm

Profile of Phares M. Heindl

Born in Mississippi, Phares attended Mississippi State University and obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering. He was an exceptional student with a keen grasp on mathematical, mechanical and technical concepts. He worked as a Chemical Engineer with a major chemical company where he designed, optimized, and maintained chemical production processes.

While  working for the  chemical industry Phares learned first hand about the effects of toxic chemical substances. After witnessing a devastating accident in the chemical plant where he worked, he enrolled in The University of Florida School of Law.  Upon graduation in 1981 he obtained an associate position in a large law firm in Los Angeles, California where he defended large corporations and insurance companies in products liability and toxic tort cases. He returned to Florida in 1983 and obtained a position with a trial firm in Orlando representing injured people.

Phares founded the firm in the fall of 1984. Since that time he has earned a reputation as a bold courtroom advocate, championing the cause of accident victims throughout the state of Florida.

Over the years Phares has successfully handled many difficult cases. He has tried to verdict   many types of cases including automobile accidents, chemical injury, products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, toxic tort and construction accidents. In addition, he has represented many people  in complex workers’ compensation matters involving chemical exposure and sick building syndrome. He has been recognized as a specialist in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar since July 1, 1991.

Phares is a member of The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The Florida State Bar Association, The California State Bar Association, The Seminole County Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
