Florida fee Contract with associating attorney - Many of our clients are referred by other attorneys. The Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct  provides that a referring or associating attorney may share in a contingent fee. Attorney's fees are regulated by the Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct (ethics rules). The Rule regarding attorney's fees is RULE 4-1.5 - FEES FOR LEGAL SERVICES and can be found on the Florida Bar Website.
